How Eques Fin collects and uses personal data on this website, and the choices you have. Last updated: 16 October 2026
The data controller is Eques Fin LLC (United States), publisher of this website. For any question about your personal data or to exercise your rights, write to hr@equesfin.com.
We apply this policy to all visitors, including visitors located in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Your data is accessed only by the Eques Fin team members who need it and, where relevant to your request, by the entities of our group (Inductio Capital, Itoo.tech, Keitofoké). We also rely on service providers acting on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and contact-form processing), Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) and Dealfront / Leadfeeder (B2B visitor identification), the last two only if you consent.
Eques Fin LLC and some of our providers are located in the United States. When personal data of visitors located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside these areas, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or customize your choices. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and no audience-measurement or marketing tool is loaded before you consent.

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
